Schedule a Sprinkler Inspection in Nova Scotia

Sprinkler systems can protect your property and save lives. But in order to do so, they must be maintained and inspected to ensure they are working properly. Without routine inspections, the sprinkler system could fail to activate when you need it most.

It is a requirement by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA 25) code that all sprinkler systems be inspected and tagged by a certified sprinkler contractor at least once a year. Insurance companies as well as the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM) Fire Prevention Office require that all sprinkler systems adhere to this NFPA code. Though all sprinkler systems (wet and dry) need to be tested annually, dry sprinkler need to have a special test, called a trip test, performed every three years.

Our inspector will do a complete visual walk-through (this is a requirement at least every five years) of your building and test the system, in accordance to NFPA 25 code. We can also perform the annual testing required for fire pumps and private fire hydrants.

At Atlantic Automatic Sprinklers Limited, we will inspect your sprinkler system to ensure it meets the required codes set by the NFPA. Give us a call today to learn more about our sprinkler inspection services in Nova Scotia or to schedule an appointment.
